About Us
The Queen City Quartet is a Cincinnati wedding string quartet and has been performing together for over 15 years. We love helping our clients curate the perfect song list to customize the ambiance of their event. Whether your event is large or small, we pride ourselves on providing professional music by seasoned musicians.
Chrissy, Violin
Chrissy has performed in various local and regional orchestras and ensembles, including performing in the pit orchestra for The Beechmont Players and playing fiddle in a local band, Busted Bridge. In addition to performing with the Queen City Quartet, Chrissy teaches private violin lessons.
Rachel, Violin
Rachel is a graduate of Miami University, Oxford with a Bachelor's of Music in Music Education. She received a Masters Degree in Education from Indiana Wesleyan University. In addition to teaching private lessons, Rachel has taught beginning string orchestra and elementary general music.
Brian, Viola
Brian graduated with a Bachelor's of Music from Miami University, Oxford and earned a Masters of Music from the Ohio State University. Brian currently teaches high school orchestra and performs with the Cincinnati Community Orchestra and Lebanon Symphony Orchestra.
Rana, Cello
Rana currently teaches 6th-12th grade string orchestra. She holds a Masters Degree in Education from Wright State University and a Bachelor's of Music in Music Education degree from Miami University Oxford, Ohio. She performs with the Cincinnati Community Orchestra. In addition to cello, Rana also plays violin and viola.
